Sejak tahun 2016 PT. Prasetya Mitra Persada mulai berdiri di jakarta, diawali dengan menangani penitipan dry container. Pada tahun 2016 bulan November dipercaya untuk menangani penitipan reefer container ukuran 40FT sebanyak 250 an unit. Dan setahun setelahnya tepat pada tanggal 17 Juli 2017, PT. PRASETYA MITRA PERSADA resmi menempati lokasi seluas 16K M2 di Jl. Raya Cakung Cilincing Blok E29 yang terdiri dari gudang tertutup seluas 5K M2 dan terbuka seluas 7K M2 sedangkan sisanya merupakan fasilitas umum penyimpanan office container. Bisnis usaha yang saat ini ditangani tidak saja pada penitipan & penumpukan container, namun juga meliputi usaha pergudangan yang meliputi Gudang Umum dan Konsolidasi. Selain kedua bisnis usaha tersebut, PT. PRASETYA MITRA PERSADA juga menangani jasa Trucking.
